Bronze Associate with Max International
Paul Tesseyman comes from an aviation background and was a military pilot for 28 years flying jets and transport aircraft around the world. Search and Rescue, flight instruction and global transport were his previous areas of expertise. Currently, he has an airline transport rating and currently works full time for a branch of the government that has oversight responsibility for the aviation industry. Obviously, network marketing has been foreign to him and one that he has had to learn from experience, by making mistakes and by listening to the leaders in this company. He has learnt that very important ingredient to making it big in this industry and that is to partner with the right people, the successful people.
He is a founding associate of MAX and he works the business part time. He’s had to learn to get out of his comfort zone. Talking about this business opportunity and the products to strangers face to face and on the phone is a huge part of getting uncomfortable. Being nervous before he picks up the phone and talking to people is an every day occurrence. He fights through the fear and makes the calls anyway, every day. It has to be done if you want to be successful. The only way you can fail in this business is by….not doing the business.
