George Reninger has a degree in Management Information Systems and has worked as a Systems Engineer for a number of companies including IBM, Standard Oil, AT&T, and the Federal Reserve Bank of the US. George also invested a season of his life working with high School & college-age young people, encouraging them in their faith and personal value as they process life’s challenges and transition into adulthood.
George began in the Network Marketing industry some 15 years ago and succeeded in his first venture, achieving million dollar earner status and consistently ranking in the companie’s top 100 performers. George sold that other business and transitioned into Max International confirming his wife’s conviction about Max, but only after discovering Steven Scott as a personal mentor through one of his books he picked up on a WalMart shelf. George and his wife Tina were the recipients of the 2010 “Presidential Cup Award”, and are now among the top leaders at Max, most recently advancing to Triple Diamond status.

At the age of 21 and newly married, he bought his first distribution business and the following year he was able to buy a retail business from his father. Having two businesses, his work ethic was beyond most people his age. Working 90 hours was part of his weekly routine. Rising at 4 in the morning and getting to bed at midnight prepared him to have what he has today.
Twelve years later, a gentleman introduced him to his first network marketing business. By then there was 3 kids and decided that this was the way of the future. He sold his retail business to do marketing full time, thinking that his yearly income could turn into a monthly income and that this business would be able to allow him to spend more time with his family. This was the ideal venture to take.
In the first two years, learning from his mistakes along the way, he became the top producer for the Canadian Market and earned many awards and trips. By the end of the 9th year in the former network marketing company he was introduced to Max International. Now having ten years of network marketing experience, he believes that it helped him pave the way for success in Max International. By being down to earth, caring about people and his genuine love of people allows him to help them achieve success of their own. Mike is amazed that the common goal with most people he meets is to find a business that can give them financial freedom, become healthier and spend more time with their family. Christian Gingras comes from the corporate arena as a software engineer designing test plans for quality control of a high-tech company. Christian is a Max International associate with 11 years experience in the network marketing industry. Within those years, 8 have been full time. Christian’s says: “If I could share just one thing it would be this; the Secret to success is not to try to avoid, get rid of, or shrink from any problems. The Secret is to grow yourself so that you’re bigger than any problems.”

Jim Fitzpatrick has been in the networking industry, or creating business families you could say, for over 20 years. Starting in 1989 in Canada, Jim went on to create families of over 500,000 members in 20 countries. The freedom this business brings, has allowed Jim and his wife Patricia to work side by side, creating avenues of hope for all their children and giving them the gift of “choice.” Jim was one of the founding council members of a former Canadian company that 20 years later is still in business today all around the world. Henry and his wife Teresa have been married for 21 years and live in Victoria, BC, Canada, with their four children ages 10 – 19.
Henry owned/operated his own business in the construction industry when he discovered the world of Network Marketing.
Unlike most people, Henry entered into the MLM industry Full-time – an unusual decision. That was 18 years ago.
Henry has been an associate in Max International since June 2007.
He was awarded the ‘Top Enroller’ Award after only 9 weeks in Max International.
Henry is currently the second highest income earner in Western Canada and a member of the Max “Voice of Canada” Counsel.

My background is in mechanical engineering. I worked for seven years for a U.S. multinational company as head of engineering, and served as vice president of a Philippines Top 10 company before going into networking.
I struggled in my career prior to networking. My salary was never enough for the basic needs of my family. My lovely and understanding wife, Nitz, and I have four children—Jhoanna, 28 and a Gold Associate; Bryan, 23 and a Bronze Associate; Kristine, 18; and Alvin, 10.
After many years in the industry, and earning well, I was “retired” and enjoying a life of farming. Then, Jim Fitzpatrick began to share the vision of Max with me. He invited me to visit Salt Lake City and take a look, and I did. I discovered there were big differences compared to my previous company:
- The owners are real people at Max, meaning they really care about people. It seemed at my previous company that they only cared about money.
- The product is based on science and it really works. We have a wonderful product to offer. I just feel great.
- Max is a category creator. Nobody can contest the work of Dr. Robert Keller, and I am one of the lucky ones who has met Dr. Keller.
I love this industry because of people. I also love the freedom it can bring. Freedom simply means you have no boss; you own your time. I also claim no secret to success, the only answer is to fix yourself, accept training, education, and caring for people. I have learned from many successful people in network marketing how to fix myself and protect my integrity. They advised me not to compromise righteousness, love learning and understand unlearning. And I only get advice from successful people!
Network marketing is about excitement, learning and credibility. You can get all of these in the conventions and corporate events. You want to grow and successful bring as many as you can to these events.
