Jeanette RobertsJeanette C. Roberts, Ph.D. Medicinal Chemistry

Dean, School of Pharmacy, The University of Wisconsin

Professor, Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Wisconsin

Dr. Roberts received her Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1986. Dr. Roberts has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed articles in various scientific journals. She has served in numerous faculty positions at both the University of Wisconsin and the University of Utah. In addition to her duties as Dean of the School of Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin, she is also an adjunct professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology and an Adjunct Professor of Medicinal Chemistry for the University of Utah. She has been the recipient of more than one million dollars in study grants from various scientific bodies including NASA, the Cancer Research Foundation of America, and the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute. She has also been awarded numerous patents and a myriad of academic and scientific awards. She has witnessed first hand the extraordinary benefits of Max International’s RiboCeine™, as she participated in fifteen published studies on RiboCeine™ conducted over a period of nineteen years (from 1985 and 2004).


Douglas S. Harrington M.D., Pathology and Hematology, FASCP, FCAP

Douglas HarringtonClinical Associate Professor of Pathology, University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine.

Dr. Harrington currently serves as CEO of Aviir, Inc, a Stanford University spin-out cardiac biomarker company. He holds multiple professional affiliation memberships including the American Medical Association, the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, the College of American Pathologists, the Association for Molecular Pathology and the International Academy of Pathology. Dr. Harrington received his B.A. in Molecular Biology and M.D. from the University of Colorado. He is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hematology and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications. He is licensed in a number of states including New York where he holds CQ’s in Molecular and Biochemical Genetics. Dr. Harrington has taken a number of new molecular technologies (both services and devices) through state and federal regulatory approval. He has multiple professional affiliations including the American Medical Association and The Association for Molecular Pathology, and has authored over 80 scientific studies and publications. Dr. Harrington has more than twenty-five years of experience in the commercialization of healthcare technologies. Most recently he has created a breakthrough methodology for the accurate prediction of heart attacks and strokes, even among population groups formerly considered to be of no risk to low risk for such events. His company has received extraordinary acclaim and funding from the National Institutes of Health and pharmaceutical companies to advance his program throughout the medical world as quickly as possible. During the past several years, Dr. Harrington witnessed the transformational impact of elevated glutathione levels from Max’s products in his own life and the lives of his immediate and extended family members. Greg BrevittiGreg Brevitti, M.D. Cardiovascular Surgeon, FACS., FACC., FACCP.

Assistant Professor of Surgery (Cardiothoracic), The State University of New York- Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn.

Dr. Brevitti received his M.D. degree from The State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn, College of Medicine in 1993. He is a third generation physician after his father and grandfather. He pursued specialization in surgery at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from 1993 through 1998 and Cardiothoracic Surgery at The University of California-San Francisco from 1998 through 2000. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, The American College of Cardiology, The American College of Chest Physicians, and a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Dr. Brevitti is the founder of a large surgical multispecialty group in New York City and the author of numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles. Several years ago, Dr. Brevetti reviewed all of the published scientific data on Riboceine™ and numerous scientific articles on glutathione and disease processes and its role as an antioxidant. He came away with a clear understanding that organized medicine had generally neglected this very important molecule. Rex Anderson Jr. M.D., Neurology

Dr. Rex Anderson, Jr. M.D received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. After a mixed medicine internship, he completed a residency program in neurology at the University of Utah College of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. Afterward, he spent two years in the armed forces and then established a neurology practice. Dr. Robert ReidDr. Reid graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1963, and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery in 1970, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Morales Borges is the Medical Director of the American Red Cross, Blood Services from Puerto Rico since December of 2010. He is a former President of the American Cancer Society of Puerto Rico, former Trustee of the Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital, and former Professor of Immunology, Genetics, and Pathology and Chairman and Trustee of the Board of Trustees of San Juan Bautista School of Medicine. Dr. Morales Borges is a Fellow of Interamerican College of Physicians and Surgeons (FICPS), Fellow of American Society of Angiology (FASA), Fellow of International Society of Hematology (FISH), and Fellow of International Academy of Clinical and Applied Thrombosis and Haemostasis (FIACATH). He is a speaker and member of the advisory board of Sanofi Aventis. He is an active member of the American Association of Blood Banks and American Society for Apheresis.

Herbert T. Nagasawa, Ph.D., Executive Research ScientistHerbert Nagasawa

Dr. Nagasawa received his B.S. degree in chemistry from Western Reserve University (now, Case-Western Reserve) in Cleveland, Ohio, and a Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from the University of Minnesota. Subsequently, he spent two years as a Post-doctoral Fellow in biochemistry at the University of Minnesota before joining the research staff of the V.A. Medical Center in Minneapolis as a Senior Chemist. He was appointed Assistant Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Minnesota in 1959. He was named Principal Scientist of the VAMC in 1961 and was promoted in 1976 to Senior Research Career Scientist, a nationwide VA title reserved for the VA’s top scientists. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 1963 and to Professor of Medicinal Chemistry in 1973. He also held joint professorships in the Department of Pharmacology and the university-wide Division of Toxicology, and served as Visiting Professor at Washington State University in 1990. He also served for 32 years as a Senior Editor for the prestigious international Journal of Medicinal Chemistry from 1972 to 2004, and one year as Acting Editor-in-Chief. In addition, he served on the Editorial Board of the journal, Bioconjugate Chemistry for eight years, and as an ad hoc grant reviewer for the NCI and NIAAA, National Institutes of Health. He has published over 165 papers in peer-reviewed journals. In June of 2010, Herb attended the National Institutes of Health-Homeland Security 4th Annual Countermeasures Against Chemical Threats Network Symposium held in San Francisco. Herb and the team of scientists presented their work on the cyanide antidote.


Dr. Scott Nagasawa, Pharm.D.

Scott Nagasawa received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and is also a registered pharmacist. He spent over a dozen years at a 400-plus bed tertiary teaching hospital in Los Angeles, California, affiliated with the Scott NagasawaUniversity of Southern California. At the time of his departure, he was the Director of Pharmaceutical Services. During this period, he held the position of Clinical Instructor of Pharmacy Practice at USC and was later promoted to Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice.

Scott transitioned to the business side of his profession and joined a regional pharmacy as their Vice President of Pharmacy Services. He was instrumental in the planning and implementation of a strategic business plan transforming the company from a regional to a nationwide pharmacy service provider with revenues exceeding $60 million annually. At the time of his departure, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Professional Services responsible for nursing and pharmacy operations nationwide. He left to co-found a home infusion pharmacy and helped develop and implement a business plan that resulted in rapid growth to become a statewide provider. The company was sold in 2005. He remained with the company as V.P. of Operations and, at the time of his departure, the monthly revenue had grown by roughly 40 times. This revenue growth occurred over his four and a half years with the company.

Scott, an original co-founder of CellGevity, then left to join Dr. Herb Nagasawa and Scott Momii at CellGevity, and served full-time as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO). As CTO he was responsible for product registration, company certifications, regulatory practices, safety studies, technical sales support and the development and reviewing of product documentation.


Scott Momii, M.B.A. Executive Director of Product Management

Scott Momii was co-founder of a prominent research, development and manufacturing company for specialty chemicals. His management Scott Momiiresponsibilities included overseeing and implementation of sales and marketing programs, domestic and international purchasing, as well as customer service and accounting. He spearheaded the development and launch of three products in the areas of cosmetics (which debuted in Japan), the motion picture film industry, and a proprietary coating for high-speed ball bearings used in medical applications. He was responsible for transferring the manufacturing of a proprietary chemical from the U.S. to India. Simultaneously, he served as Director of Operations of a sister company developing biotechnology vaccines and cancer therapeutics, and specializing in pharmaceutical delivery systems based on liposomal technology. .

Early in his career, he helped start a software company that developed a UNIX-based enterprise system designed for home infusion therapy and outpatient pharmacies. He was responsible for the sales of the software to over 200 hospitals, pharmacies and five national companies. He engineered the eventual sale of the company to the largest nationwide software provider for home healthcare solutions.

Mr. Momii graduated with a B.A. degree from San Jose State University, received an M.B.A. from Boston University, and completed a summer business program at Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan.

ASIAN ESCAPADE PROMOTION

Prize Details

1. Travel Date: May or June 2012 ( fixed date shall be announced in January 2012)

2. The Asian Cruise Package includes:

a) Twin-sharing accommodation
b) Up to 6 meals a day on board Star Cruise plus recreation and gym facilities
c) Cruise originates in Singapore with stops in Penang, Malaysia and Phuket, Thailand

3. Travel expenses of winners from their provinces/homes to Manila and back shall be charged to their personal account.
4. The prize is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.
5. No joiners are allowed except for the spouse of qualifiers. Any additional cost of the joiner shall be charged to the associate such as meals, accommodation, airfare and others.
6. Other expenses not mentioned above shall be charged to the personal account of the qualified associate and shall be paid directly to the vendor (e.g. tours available in Penang and Phuket)
7. For will call purchases, given that December 30 and 31 are Philippine holidays, the purchases for purposes of this promo have to be encoded by December 29. On-line purchases can be made until December 31. Payment policies including credit card usage must be complied with for the purchase to qualify for the promo.

Note:
*Rank advancement points are awarded only for first time rank achievement. Existing Bronze to Silver Paid Ranks who re-qualify at the same level may earn the equivalent points provided they exceed their previous high in terms of payleg CV by at least 10%. Existing Golds and Platinums who re-qualify at the same level may earn the equivalent points provided they exceed their previous high in terms of payleg CV by 5% and 4% respectively. Existing Diamonds who re-qualify at the same level may earn the equivalent points provided they exceed their previous high in terms of payleg CV by 2%. Requalification without exceeding the previous record in terms of payleg CV with the required percentage would allow the Assoc iate concerned to earn points equivalent to the next lower rank (e.g. a Platinum Associate who requalifies as Platinum but does not exceed his previous payleg record by 4% will earn 60 points). Paid rank and not Fast Track rank will be used in determining an Associate’s pin rank for purposes of this promo. The requalification points can be earned only once during the promotional period.
